Laura Boyle
Bio
Laura is inspired by the quote, “Of Those to Whom Much is Given, Much is Expected” (Luke 12:48). She is most fortunate to be in the position to do just that, help others and give back her talent, energy and resources after many years of raising a family and having a rewarding career.

Laura attended Penn State University where she majored in Marketing. She has over 25 years of management and leadership experience in creating and growing operations, technology, customer service, sales,... marketing and support departments for retail, banking and nonprofit organizations. This experience includes serving as a Vice President of Retail Operations and Vice President of Legal Operations for Compass Bancshares, Inc. In these roles, she was responsible for managing the daily operations of the electronic banking, data entry, legal operations and retail operations support departments. Her experience also includes serving as a Director of New Business Development for a corporate housing company where she contributed to growing the organization from a regional company to one of the largest corporate housing companies in the South. Laura's professional roles also include serving as a Marketing Manager for the National Easter Seal Society in Philadelphia, a Call Center Supervisor and Trainer for the JCPenney Catalogue, and Customer Service Manager for a small silkscreen/textile company.

After moving back to Pennsylvania 12 years ago, she has primarily focused on her family and pursued a career in real estate. Several years ago, she decided to place her real estate license in escrow to focus on philanthropic projects. Some of the most recent organizations include the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, NEPA Junior Achievement and Griffin Pond Animal Shelter. Currently, Laura sits on the board of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the board of Junior Achievement. For the Muscular Dystrophy Association, she served on the silent auction committee for their Annual Gala. In 2019, she was nominated as a candidate for the annual and national Man and Woman of the Year Campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She was recognized as the first Woman of the Year in NEPA. Since that time, she has served as the Committee Chair. She also served as a fundraising and development coordinator volunteer for Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.

Laura is married to Douglas Boyle and together they have four children. She has two boys, Adam 25 and Andrew 22. Doug has two daughters, Emma 20 and Sarah 18.
